[Hiring] Associate Advertising Manager @Spreetail

Role Description

The Associate Advertising Manager will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing search advertising campaigns across marketplace channels, with a primary focus on driving profitable growth and measurable business results. This role will manage advertising budgets, analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and partner closely with Merchandising, Vendor Management, Pricing, and other stakeholders to develop strategies that improve visibility, engagement, conversion, and overall advertising efficiency.

• Launch, manage, and continuously optimize search marketing campaigns across channels at the campaign, ad group, product, and keyword levels.
• Develop and implement search marketing strategies that increase marketplace visibility, engagement, and conversion while supporting profitability and margin goals.
• Monitor advertising budgets, bids, competitor activity, and campaign performance to achieve ROI, TACoS, sales velocity, and other business targets.
• Analyze and deliver weekly advertising performance reports, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations that impact the company's top and bottom line.
• Partner with Merchandising, Vendor Management, Pricing, and other internal and external stakeholders to develop holistic brand strategies and quickly adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience successfully managing Amazon Sponsored Ads or similar marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Experience managing $50k in advertising spend with a strong understanding of budgets, bids, ROI, and campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills with experience organizing and analyzing large data sets using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Experience creating performance reports, analyzing advertising results, and providing actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with Amazon advertising platforms or tools such as Kenshoo, Pacvue, or Sellics is a plus; agency experience and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing are also preferred.

Requirements

• This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup.
• Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
• 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
• At least 4GB RAM;
• Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system;
• You are required to provide your own dual monitors.
• A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection).
• PC Headset.
• A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
