[Hiring] Amazon DSP Associate Advertising Manager @Spreetail

Role Description

We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Amazon DSP Associate Advertising Manager to help drive the growth and effectiveness of our clients’ programmatic advertising efforts. In this role, you’ll develop and manage DSP advertising strategies, identify opportunities to improve performance, and help shape best practices in an ever-evolving programmatic landscape. You’ll also build strong relationships with brands through clear communication, thoughtful reporting, and a test-and-learn approach that drives sustainable advertising growth.

• Developing and managing strategic DSP advertising executions that align with the overall goals of our clients.
• Owning an innovative process that increases the value of our DSP advertising best practices leading to increases in performance and effectiveness.
• Being an ambassador of the ever-changing programmatic advertising landscape through self-education and engagement with other teams at BBE.
• Using strong communication skills and report building to nurture relationships with brands and encourage efficient growth in advertising spend in a test and learn environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Amazon DSP
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills, able to read, interpret and use data to inform ad strategies
• Ability to work in a face-based, diverse culture across a broad spectrum of clients
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients

Requirements

• Past agency experience (preferred)
• Understanding of advanced ad product types like StreamingTV, Audio, Private Marketplace Deals, etc. (preferred)
• This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
• Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
• 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
• At least 4GB RAM;
• Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system;
• You are required to provide your own dual monitors;
• A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
• PC Headset
• A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
