[Hiring] Amazon Creator Connections Specialist @Incubator Lab

Role Description

As our Amazon Creator Connections Specialist, you will be the engine behind our creator growth. Your primary mission is to identify, contact, and activate creators across Amazon, TikTok, Google, and Meta. This is a high-volume, execution-heavy role designed for someone who loves the "hustle" of outreach and the satisfaction of seeing a creator go from a cold lead to an active brand partner.

• Outreach Management: Execute high-volume inbound and outbound communication strategies to recruit top-tier creators.
• Creator Activation: Drive consistent follow-ups to ensure creators move from initial contact to live content and sales.
• Onboarding & Coordination: Support the seamless onboarding of new creators, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
• Operational Tracking: Maintain meticulous tracking sheets and status updates to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
• Platform Navigation: Work fluidly across Amazon's creator tools, TikTok, Google, and Meta to manage diverse creator relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in influencer or creator outreach (specifically for performance-driven brands).
• Exceptional English communication skills—you must be persuasive, professional, and persistent.
• Highly organized and capable of managing hundreds of conversations simultaneously without losing quality.
• Strong comfort level working across TikTok, Instagram, and Amazon's creator ecosystem.
• You don't just send an email; you follow up until the creator is activated and producing results.

Requirements

• REMOTE-FIRST & ASYNCHRONOUS working hours.
• Prioritize output over "hours in a seat."
• Must be available for a few hours of overlap with US-based EST working hours each day to facilitate team meetings and real-time support.
