[Hiring] AI Social Media Coordinator @Hire Hangar

Role Description

We are looking for an AI Social Media Coordinator to support day-to-day execution of social media activities using AI-assisted tools. This is a junior, hands-on role focused on content production, scheduling, community support, and reporting within a structured social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and scheduling social content using AI tools
• Adapt AI-generated content to match brand tone and platform requirements
• Maintain the social media content calendar and posting schedules
• Monitor comments, messages, and basic community engagement
• Track performance metrics and support reporting on engagement and growth
• Support the Social Media Manager with campaign execution and admin tasks

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting social media accounts or content production
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for writing, ideation, or content adaptation
• Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Comfortable working with repetitive workflows and content schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using social media scheduling tools
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics
• Interest in growing into a Social Media Manager role
