Role Description

We’re looking for a forward-thinking AI SEO Specialist to optimize content for AI-powered search tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, and other generative AI platforms. You’ll bridge traditional SEO strategies with cutting-edge AI techniques to ensure our content ranks highly in AI-generated answers and virtual assistants.

As an AI SEO Specialist, you’ll:

• Optimize content for AI-powered search platforms, ensuring high visibility in AI-generated answers.
• Create AI-friendly content.
• Conduct keyword research for conversational queries.
• Craft effective prompts.
• Monitor performance and implement SEO strategies, staying ahead of trends in generative search and AI optimization.
• Optimize website content and digital assets for AI search engines and large language models (LLMs).
• Collaborate with content teams to develop AI-friendly, concise, and highly answerable content.
• Craft and test prompts for AI tools to maximize content visibility.
• Conduct keyword research focused on natural language, conversational queries, and user intent.
• Monitor AI search performance and analyze trends to improve strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on AI tools, generative models, and evolving search algorithms.
• Report insights and recommendations to improve AI content performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO; experience with AI search optimization is a plus.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of answer engine optimization (AEO) or generative engine optimization (GEO).
• Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with content and technical teams.
• Bonus: Experience with prompt engineering, AI automation, or coding (Python, APIs).
