As our
AI-Powered Social Media & Content Systems Manager
, you will build and lead a high-performance, AI-enhanced content engine, driving growth across social platforms while introducing smarter, faster, and more scalable ways of working across the wider business.
You will sit at the intersection of
AI, content, and performance
, combining creative instinct with technical capability to streamline content creation, repurposing, analytics, and workflow automation—not only for social media, but across PR, events, podcasts, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Social Media Strategy

Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with business objectives

Integrate AI tools to optimise content planning, scheduling, and performance

Identify opportunities to automate and scale output without compromising quality

Content Creation & AI Optimisation

Oversee the creation of high-performing content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms
-
Use AI tools for video editing, copy generation, ideation, and repurposing to increase output and efficiency

Turn long-form content (podcasts, talks, events) into high-volume short-form assets
-
Maintain a strong and consistent brand voice aligned with Marisa Peer

Content Systems & Workflow Development

Design and implement scalable AI-powered content systems across the business
-
Work closely with the Head of Publicity to streamline workflows across social, PR, email, podcast, and events
-
Introduce tools and processes that reduce manual workload and increase speed and consistency
-
Act as the internal lead on AI tools and best practices across content and PR teams

Growth, Performance & Analytics

Track, analyse, and optimise performance across all platforms
-
Use AI and analytics tools to identify trends, predict performance, and refine strategy
-
Drive measurable growth in engagement, reach, and conversion
-
Identify and scale content that drives revenue—not just engagement

Community & Brand Experience

Oversee community engagement and maintain a high-quality brand experience

Monitor audience sentiment and conversations to inform content and identify opportunities

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with PR, Events, Marketing, and Podcast teams to amplify campaigns and launches
-
Support wider business functions with AI-driven efficiencies
-
Collaborate with external creatives, editors, and agencies as needed
Qualifications
-
3+ years managing social media for a high-profile or fast-growing brand (personal development, wellness, lifestyle, or creator-led preferred)
-
Proven experience using AI tools to enhance content creation, workflows, and marketing performance (essential)

Strong content creation skills across video, copy, storytelling, and platform-native formats
-
Experience managing or overseeing content teams and collaborating with creatives
-
Systems thinker with the ability to build processes, not just execute tasks

Strong analytical mindset with confidence using data to drive decisions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to match brand tone

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
