Role Description

Azumo is looking for a highly motivated AI-Powered Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help grow the Azumo brand and business. This is a practical, execution-focused role covering:

• Content
• Social media
• AI search visibility
• Marketing analytics
• Marketing operations

You will use AI throughout your workflow to research, create, design, analyze, automate, and improve marketing initiatives. Your focus will be Azumo, where you will learn about our business, customers, services, and market to expand our reach, strengthen our brand, and generate new opportunities.

You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams and have access to leading paid AI, marketing, content, analytics, and creative tools.

Qualifications

• Expert-level English proficiency, both written and conversational
• Strong, well-rounded understanding of marketing language, principles, and strategy
• Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activities to business objectives
• Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar generative AI tools
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other social media channels
• Understanding of GEO, AEO, SEO, and AI search visibility
• Comfortable working with marketing data, KPIs, reporting, and performance analysis
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of projects in a remote environment
• Strong judgment, creativity, attention to detail
• Ability to evaluate marketing ideas critically

Requirements

• Working experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
• Experience with paid advertising, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads
• Experience with Webflow or a similar website content management system
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Webmaster Tools
• Experience creating AI-assisted workflows or marketing automations
