Role Description

We are seeking a marketing and communications professional to join our team!

• Lead management of Hometown websites (5 total)
• Support blog and content creation by ensuring pieces follow SEO best practices
• Audit websites regularly for updates
• Audit competitor websites, track industry best practices and areas for improvement on Hometown websites
• Support back-end website updates
• Support marketing and internal video creation
• Research and integrate emerging design trends, new technologies, and the latest AI tools to keep our brand fresh and innovative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
• Experience managing websites (Wordpress Elementor + Divi) preferred
• Basic understanding of HTML structure, CSS, UX, and JavaScript
• Experience creating marketing videos
• Experience using AI tools to create scripts and videos
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Part-time contract position
• 20 - 25 hours/week
• $20 - $25/hour
