Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A client is seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant to help set up and operate a newly purchased affiliate arbitrage business using an established training program and its provided tools, templates, systems, and support resources.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and implementing the client's affiliate arbitrage training program from start to finish.
• Setting up all required systems, workflows, landing pages, tracking tools, and campaign assets needed to successfully launch the business.
• Taking ownership of the setup process, following detailed training materials, troubleshooting implementation challenges, and helping establish a fully functioning affiliate arbitrage operation within the client's target timeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Affiliate Arbitrage, Performance Marketing, or CPA Marketing.
• Proven experience launching affiliate campaigns from setup through execution.
• Experience working with affiliate networks and CPA offers.
• Experience building landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, testing, optimization, and performance tracking.
• Experience implementing processes, SOPs, and training-based systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Experience with Native Advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, RevContent, MGID, etc.).
• Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools.
• Experience using landing page builders and funnel creation software.
• Previous experience implementing business-in-a-box or affiliate marketing coaching programs.
• Experience scaling successful affiliate campaigns.
