Role Description

• Provide guidance/analyst/consulting for Web & App Tracking
• Design, implement, and maintain tracking across web and app platforms
• Configure and manage tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Define and implement event tracking, conversion tracking, and data layers
• Monitor and troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on measurement requirements

Qualifications

• Experience with consent management platforms such as OneTrust or Cookiebot
• Knowledge of GDPR and internal privacy policies
• Ability to manage consent signals and ensure alignment with tracking setup
• Experience in business analysis and translating business needs into technical requirements
• Understanding of KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting structures
• Experience in documenting tracking specifications, data flows, and implementation logic
• Ability to act as a liaison between marketing, IT, and data teams

Requirements

• Support data collection, transformation, and validation processes
• Ensure consistency and quality of marketing data across platforms
• Integrate tracking data into reporting tools such as Power BI or data warehouses
• Assist in debugging and optimizing data pipelines
• Develop and maintain HTML templates for emails, landing pages, and tracking implementations
• Ensure templates are optimized for performance, compatibility, and tracking
