Role Description

Are you someone who knows Facebook and Meta Ads inside and out and enjoys the combination of campaign execution, problem solving, and emerging technology? We're looking for an Advertising Operations Specialist II to support high visibility, large scale digital advertising campaigns in a fast moving global environment.

You'll work directly within this changing model, combining your advertising expertise with new technology while remaining the critical human eye responsible for campaign accuracy, quality, and successful launches.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build, launch, QA, and troubleshoot Facebook and Meta Ads campaigns
• Support large scale campaigns with multiple stakeholders and moving pieces
• Manage multiple campaign launches while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Prepare structured campaign inputs and work with AI assisted and automated build workflows
• Review automated campaign builds to identify errors, diagnose issues, and make corrections before launch
• Partner closely with creative and cross functional teams throughout the campaign lifecycle
• Monitor campaign reporting, tracking, and performance insights
• Help improve campaign templates, QA processes, workflows, and future automation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands on Facebook or Meta Ads campaign experience
• Experience independently setting up and executing campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, including Pixel, custom audiences, placements, optimization, and bulk editing
• Hands on campaign QA and troubleshooting experience
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize when something doesn't look right
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a deadline driven environment
• Campaign reporting and tracking experience
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills
• Curiosity and adaptability as advertising technology and AI tools continue to evolve

Requirements

• Experience using AI assistants or AI enabled tools in your day to day work
• Marketing automation or scaled campaign execution experience
• Experience with bulk campaign tooling or scripted workflows
• Advertising or marketing agency experience
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field preferred
