Role: Ad Ops (Buying) Supervisor

Duration: ASAP through EOY

Location: Remote

Hours/wk: 13 hours/week (with potential for more in the future)

Hourly Rate: $75/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner for campaign requests, working closely with client and account teams to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
• Manage campaign flighting, budget adjustments, and plan changes.
• Maintain marketplace information with high accuracy.
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns with complete autonomy across social and programmatic platforms, including Meta, X, LinkedIn, DV360, and YouTube.
• Collaborate across teams while maintaining the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in Ad Operations or Media Buying.
• Hands-on, expert-level experience with Meta, X, LinkedIn, DV360, and YouTube.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a must.
• Outstanding collaboration skills, a disciplined work ethic, and an innate curiosity for testing new strategies and platforms.
• You are a proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of your work and thrives when given the autonomy to drive results.
