Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterans Disability Attorney to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to serving veterans, excellent legal skills, and a thorough understanding of VA disability law. This role involves representing veterans in disability claims, providing legal advice, and ensuring our clients receive the maximum benefits they are entitled to.

• Represent veterans in disability claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
• Assist clients in preparing and filing VA disability claims.
• Review and analyze medical records and service documents.
• Advocate for clients at VA hearings and appeals.
• Provide legal advice and support to veterans and their families.
• Stay current on VA laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and other experts to support claims.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in veterans disability law or related field.
• Strong understanding of VA disability benefits and claims process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a commitment to serving veterans.
• Prior military service or experience working with veterans is a plus.
