Role Description
We are seeking experienced US Legal Experts with a strong paralegal background to work as 1099 independent contractors. In this role, you will leverage your legal expertise to evaluate and improve the writing quality of advanced AI models trained on legal content. You will analyze AI-generated responses to legal prompts, compare outputs from different language models, and provide structured feedback based on professional legal writing standards. Key Responsibilities

Review & Evaluate: Assess AI-generated legal documents, briefs, and responses for accuracy, clarity, and stylistic quality.

Compare Outputs: Analyze responses from multiple AI models against one another to determine which best adheres to US legal writing conventions.

Apply Legal Standards: Evaluate content based on critical legal writing dimensions, including:

Qualifications

Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Paralegal or Legal Expert specializing in US law.

Successful completion of onboarding is required to begin work, which includes submitting the necessary documentation within the specified timeline.
Compensation

Weekly retainer ranging from $800 USD - $920 USD per week, based on agreed availability and completion of assigned work.

Equivalent to $20.00 - $23.00 USD per hour, covering up to 40 hours per week (aligned with your communicated schedule).
