[Hiring] US Healthcare Paralegal @Global Finance Teams

Role Description

Senior Paralegal responsibilities include:

• Draft, review, and redline contracts including BAAs, vendor agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and provider/payer agreements under attorney supervision.
• Maintain contract lifecycle tracking: intake, version control, signature workflows, renewal calendars, and expiration alerts.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research on US healthcare matters (HIPAA, Stark, Anti-Kickback Statute, state licensure, payer regulations) and summarize findings into actionable memos.
• Manage corporate records, entity filings, and state registrations across multiple US jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies; prepare correspondence and meeting materials.
• Support credentialing, licensing, and provider enrollment documentation as needed.
• Assist with subpoena responses and medical records requests.
• Maintain organized digital files, matter trackers, and shared workspaces (Google Drive, DocuSign, to-be-implemented Legal software).
• Prepare summaries, status reports, and dashboards for legal leadership on a weekly cadence.
