Role Description

Our personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated, high-caliber Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join our dedicated Social Security Disability (SSD) practice. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our lead SSD attorney, providing comprehensive administrative and legal support while managing all phases of the claims process.

• Manage all aspects of SSD claims from initial filing through appeal.
• Maintain accurate, highly organized spreadsheets to track case statuses and deadlines.
• Provide exceptional support to our SSD attorney and maintain empathetic, professional communication with clients.
• Efficiently balance a large caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SSD Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Strong academic credentials (GPA and institutional accreditation will be considered).
• Exceptional time management skills and a self-motivated work ethic.
• Advanced organizational skills, particularly with spreadsheet management.
