Role Description
As a Senior Legal Program Manager, youโll sit at the intersection of legal execution, operational excellence, and process design. Youโll partner closely with attorneys across a range of subject areas, lead key programs, drive complex cross-functional initiatives, and identify practical ways to use AI and automation to reduce manual work and increase the Legal teamโs overall impact. This role is well suited for someone who's energized by both day-to-day execution and longer-term process improvement.

You'll evaluate existing manual processes, spot opportunities to introduce AI-driven solutions, and design smarter workflows that reduce repetitive work, increase the team's impact, and help us stay ahead of the curve.
