Role Description
Proof's Creditors Rights business is scaling quickly, and we're looking for a builder to own delivery end-to-end. As Senior Director, Creditors Rights Service & Delivery, you'll build and run the teams responsible for discovery, scoping, implementation, and filing across every new and expanding account. This is a build-and-run role: you'll define the operating model as much as you execute against it, working hands-on while the function is still taking shape. It's a chance to build the infrastructure behind a high-growth, mission-critical part of our business from the ground up.
What You'll Do
-
Own remote discovery, scoping, and implementation for all new and expansion Creditors Rights accounts.
-
Serve as the subject matter expert for Creditors Rights service delivery, translating legal and procedural nuance into scalable operational process.
-
Design, document, and continuously refine the end-to-end workflow, from discovery through scoping, implementation, and filing.
-
Own remote research into new suit and affidavit filing requirements, keeping pace with jurisdictional and procedural changes.
-
Build the infrastructure (workflows, tooling, documentation, training) needed to take the business from foundational to scaled.
-
Establish quality control, SLAs, and productivity benchmarks for a function that's still being built.
-
Partner directly with Sales on new business handoffs, setting clear scoping and expectations from the start.
-
Own the third-party vendor-managed filing relationship, including performance, quality, and escalation management.
-
Manage caseload and client escalations directly when needed. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role, not a purely oversight one.
-
Report on delivery performance, bottlenecks, and scaling readiness to senior leadership.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with Litigation Support, Server Network, other Service Delivery pillars, and Product/Tech to align Creditors Rights into the broader operating model.
Qualifications
-
Deep subject matter expertise in Creditors Rights practice and procedure (discovery, scoping, filing requirements, jurisdictional nuance).
-
Proven experience building operational process from scratch, comfortable operating without a fully mature playbook.
-
A track record leading and scaling delivery teams in a legal services, legal tech, or similar operations environment.
-
Experience managing third-party vendor relationships tied to filing or similar operational delivery.
-
Comfortable operating in a matrixed structure, including managing a dotted-line technical resource jointly with Product/Tech.
-
Strong project and process design skills, able to both architect a scalable model and execute against it personally.
-
High tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward action (this role isn't suited to a purely strategic operator).
-
Experience partnering closely with Sales on new business implementation.
Compensation
-
Full-time, salaried position
-
Compensation: $175,000-$250,000 based on experience and location
-
Eligible to participate in company bonus plan
Benefits
-
Medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, paid parental leave, and 401(k)
-
Paid time off and paid holidays
-
Necessary equipment provided
-
Work from home stipend
