[Hiring] Senior Counsel @Constangy Brooks Smith & Prophete LLP

Role Description

The Los Angeles office of Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete seeks a senior counsel with 8+ years of employment litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with the following:

• Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
• Drafting and arguing motions
• Taking and defending depositions

Significant experience in labor and employment law is required. The ideal candidate will have experience and/or familiarity with class action defense and PAGA related matters, but this is not required.

Candidate must have:

• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Successful candidates will be self-starters with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We expect to consider qualified candidates within the range of $260k-$300k; however, hiring decisions will be based on each candidate’s unique experience and additional factors. Must be admitted to practice in California. Remote working flexibilities are available.
