Role Description
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive support across the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, administration, and renewal of commercial agreements. The Sr. Contract Management Partner serves as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders, proactively managing contractual risk and enabling business operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Reviews, drafts, and negotiates a diverse range of commercial agreements, spanning vendor, SaaS/technology, services, staffing/HR, media, content, and facilities contracts while identifying and assessing legal, financial, and operational risk.

Manages the full contract lifecycle, including routing for internal approvals and signatures, execution, storage, renewals, expirations, terminations, and timely issuance of non-renewal notices, as required.

Loads, maintains, and manages accurate contract records and metadata within the contract management repository (e.g., Workday Strategic Sourcing), ensuring accessibility, compliance, and data integrity.

Reviews and negotiates nondisclosure and data processing agreements, initiates Privacy Impact Assessments, and ensures ongoing compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policy requirements.

Submits and approves purchase order requests with systematic contract-to-PO linkage, while supporting invoicing disputes and ongoing contract compliance matters.

Provides contract review support during M&A diligence and delivers post-acquisition supplier contract consolidation.

Builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across departments to support business needs and serve as a trusted resource for contract-related guidance.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required.

Degree in Legal Studies, Business, Finance, or related field, required.

5+ years of related experience, required.

9+ years of related experience, preferred.

Proven ability to independently draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify, assess, and proactively mitigate contractual risk.

Demonstrated experience managing contracts from initiation through termination, with proficiency in contract management systems.

Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across diverse business functions and competing priorities.

Skilled at managing multiple deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and consistency.

Highly adaptable to changing processes, technologies, and job responsibilities, including the use of AI-enabled tools.

Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations and drive sound, well-reasoned decisions.

Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
