Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of patent paralegal experience in a high-volume environment.
• Recent hands-on USPTO Patent Center filing experience within the past 12 months.
• Advanced proficiency with CPI, Anaqua, FoundationIP, or IPfolio.
• Proven deadline management accuracy with a verifiable sub-1% missed-deadline rate.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with AI-augmented patent drafting workflows.

Requirements

• USPTO Patent Bar registration (preferred).
• PCT national phase experience across multiple jurisdictions (preferred).
• Experience in a boutique IP law firm environment (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Mandarin or English/Korean (preferred).
• Experience supporting AI-drafted patent applications in production environments (preferred).
