[Hiring] Patent Attorney in the field of Biotechnology @Hoffmann Eitle

Role Description

As a patent attorney (f/m/d), you will be responsible for independently drafting and handling patent applications and responding to examination reports from patent offices as part of our international team.

• In direct contact with clients and represent their interests in opposition and appeal proceedings, including oral hearings.
• Participate in expert opinions on the legal status and infringement of property rights.
• Involved in complex patent infringement and patent nullity proceedings.

Qualifications

• Excellent university degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, or a comparable technical or scientific field of study.
• Admission as a German and/or European patent attorney.
• Just starting your legal career with a high level of professional commitment.
• Strong interest in current technical developments.
• Ability to apply knowledge in a targeted and practical manner for clients.
