Role Description

Klintworth & Rozenblat IP is currently seeking a patent attorney/agent with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics. This position mainly entails:

• Drafting patent applications
• Prosecuting patent applications

This position is a remote, contract position with the possibility of converting to part-time or full-time for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics
• 5-15 years of experience in drafting patent applications
• Excellent writing skills
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn
