Role Description

O’Hagan Meyer is seeking an experienced partner attorney with a background in Labor & Employment Litigation to join its Downtown Los Angeles office. This Partner will join a diverse practice group that handles:

• Single plaintiff employment litigation
• Wage & hour class litigation

The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling all aspects of individual FEHA cases and counseling employers on compliance. A portable book of business is not required, but would welcome one. This role could work remote out of any continental state but must be licensed to practice in CA.

Qualifications

• Experience in Labor & Employment Litigation
• Significant experience with individual FEHA cases
• Ability to counsel employers on compliance
• Licensed to practice in California

• Direct client interaction
• Significant responsibility on complex and sophisticated legal matters
