Role Description
This is a position for a high-level Litigation Expert who operates with total independence. You won’t just support cases; you will drive the technical execution of I-589 and EOIR 42-B filings in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Technical Ownership:
5+ years in litigation and 3+ years with complex immigration forms. You are ready to deliver on Day 1.

Strategic Oversight:
Master our dashboards to track deadlines and proactively propose winning legal strategies.

Autonomy:
Act as a subject matter expert. You don’t wait for a roadmap—you identify risks, solve procedural hurdles, and manage escalations independently.

Qualifications

Possesses excellent English and Spanish, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

High School diploma or equivalent experience.

5+ years of court filing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in immigration court filings.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software including Dropbox, SharePoint or CRM.

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to solve problems independently or with the support of leadership.

Ability to work as a team in a collaborative manner.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
