Role Description

NQ-2 PQE and looking for the next step in your career? Our Employment Rights team are looking for Assistant Lawyers to join their highly regarded team.

The role will involve:

• Managing a caseload of your own.
• Assisting on existing complex employment rights cases, with appropriate supervision in place.
• Gaining hands-on experience across the full spectrum of case management.
• Utilizing sound theoretical knowledge and strong judgement.
• Supporting and progressing cases from inception through to resolution.

You’ll work closely with experienced legal professionals, developing your expertise and deepening your understanding of employment law. As a valued team member, you’ll play an integral role in achieving team goals and delivering excellent outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with experience in handling employment rights claims (Ideally 0 – 2 years PQE).
• A proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• An understanding and empathic approach with a passion for client care.
