Role Description

Join a Florida-based commercial law firm's transactional real estate practice as a mid-level associate. You will work with experienced attorneys on complex Florida real estate matters, supporting developers, investors, and other clients through significant transactions.

What You'll Do

• Handle acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions, including large and complex deals.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and related transaction documents.
• Work with partners and clients on developer-focused transactions and matters referred by other law firms.
• Support mixed-use development, condominium redevelopment, transit-oriented projects, and cross-border investment matters.

Qualifications

• Three to six years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience at a major or strong regional law firm.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and leases.
• Strong academic credentials and a JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible to sit for the Florida Bar.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Leasing, development, or hospitality transaction experience is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• Base salary is $240,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on experience.
• Associates may be eligible for a year-end bonus upon meeting a 1,900-hour billable target.

Location

Remote within the United States, with Miami, Florida as the primary location.
