Role Description
The Law Offices of James L. Arrasmith is seeking a Managing Attorney licensed in California to oversee legal operations, supervise attorneys and legal staff, and help ensure high-quality representation across the firmβs matters. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced attorney who can manage people, cases, deadlines, client expectations, and legal strategy.
- Supervise and mentor attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff
- Review pleadings and legal documents
- Oversee case strategy
- Monitor caseloads and deadlines
- Provide guidance on complex legal issues
- Work closely with firm leadership on staffing, workflow, training, and performance management
Qualifications
- Strong litigation or civil practice experience
- Excellent legal judgment
- Prior experience supervising attorneys or legal teams
