[Hiring] Litigation Project Analyst @Trustpoint.One

Role Description

A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Project Analyst to join its Litigation Support team. This fully remote position supports litigation teams and eDiscovery professionals throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle, including project intake, RelativityOne workspace setup, data handling, document review, and production.

The ideal candidate combines strong eDiscovery/RelativityOne skills with exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities. This is a highly collaborative role, and candidates should be personable, professional, trusted by their teams, and able to communicate clearly and effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support eDiscovery project intake and gather matter-specific requirements
• Set up and configure RelativityOne workspaces using established templates
• Assist with data intake, triage, processing, loading, batching, searching, and reporting
• Support document review and production workflows, including quality control
• Maintain accurate project tracking, documentation, and production records
• Communicate project status and proactively identify and escalate issues
• Coordinate with external eDiscovery vendors as needed
• Assist with Relativity user setup and provide basic user guidance
• Support attorneys and litigation teams with eDiscovery and litigation support applications
• Maintain workflow documentation and reinforce best practices

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience supporting eDiscovery workflows in a law firm, legal technology provider, or corporate legal environment
• Working knowledge of RelativityOne, including workspace configuration and review workflows
• Understanding of the EDRM lifecycle
• Familiarity with data handling, metadata, file types, document review, and production
• Exceptional customer service mindset and strong soft skills
• Personable, approachable, and professional with the ability to build trust quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TextMap, TrialDirector, or similar litigation support/trial presentation tools
• Familiarity with audio/video files is a plus

Compensation

• CA: $85K-$100K
• IL: $85K-$95K
• MI: $83K-$93K
• TX: $83K-$93K
