[Hiring] Litigation Case Manager @Global Team

Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Litigation Case Manager to join Global Team and support our client's personal injury litigation practice. In this role, you will manage litigation files after a lawsuit has been filed, coordinate with attorneys and key stakeholders, prepare legal documents, organize case materials, and monitor litigation deadlines. You will play an essential role in keeping cases progressing efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with clients, legal professionals, and medical providers. Experience in personal injury litigation and case management is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation files from the post-filing stage through resolution
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, medical providers, and expert witnesses
• Prepare litigation documents, discovery responses, notices, subpoenas, pleadings, and correspondence
• Track litigation deadlines, court dates, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial schedules
• Assist with written discovery and document organization
• Coordinate depositions for parties, witnesses, medical providers, and experts
• Organize medical records, billing records, liens, pleadings, and supporting case documentation
• Prepare case files for attorney review, mediation, arbitration, pretrial conferences, and trial
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the firm's case management system
• Ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and filed in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Litigation Case Manager, Litigation Legal Assistant, or similar role in a personal injury law firm
• Strong understanding of personal injury litigation processes
• Experience preparing litigation documents, discovery, subpoenas, and legal correspondence
• Experience coordinating depositions and managing litigation calendars
• Familiarity with medical records, medical billing, and lien management
• Experience using legal case management software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Fluent Spanish is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

• Experience supporting Illinois personal injury litigation
• Experience preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, or trial
• Familiarity with e-filing systems and litigation software
• Previous experience working remotely with U.S.-based law firms
