Role Description
The individual selected for this role will join a team who primarily handles claims in the following states: Texas, Kansas, Missouri, and/or Wyoming.
As a Represented/Litigation Bodily Injury Adjuster, your main focus will be:

Investigating automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles, resulting in property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involved.

Working remotely from your home while efficiently handling your responsibilities.

Assessing coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service.

Communicating with customers and attorneys through various channels, including voice calls, email, and text messages.

Engaging in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements with all parties involved.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience handling represented third-party Bodily Injury claims.

Experience managing severe, complex, and litigated Bodily Injury claims.

Experience handling claims in Texas, Kansas, Missouri, and/or Wyoming.

Extensive knowledge of Gross Tort Value and Risk Analysis, a plus.

Experience using NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, and Casualty Center, a plus.

Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone.

Ability to work independently and remotely, while managing time efficiently.

Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation.
Requirements

This position is a permanent remote home-based role, located in the United States.

This position is not available to residents of California, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm CST.

Home office requirements include a dedicated workspace, minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up, and appropriate work surface and seating.
