Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lien Resolution Coordinator to support our Personal Injury practice. This role will manage the financial aspects of case resolution, including:

• Reviewing case expenses, settlement statements, and financial records.
• Tracking liens, balances, provider negotiations, and disbursements.
• Maintaining case documentation in CloudLex and shared folders.
• Coordinating payments, invoices, deposits, and wire transfers.
• Identifying financial discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution.
• Handling settlement-related inquiries from attorneys, staff, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of settlement coordination experience.
• Knowledge of settlements, liens, and case resolution processes.
• Experience with CloudLex, QuickBooks, Excel, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• US law firm experience is mandatory.
• Experience in personal injury law is preferred.
• Accounting or numbers background is preferred.
