Role Description

A growing migration law firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Virtual Assistant to join our team. We are looking for professionals with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to provide reliable administrative and legal support in a fast-paced environment. This is a general Legal VA position designed for candidates with experience supporting legal teams in a variety of administrative, intake, case management, and client communication tasks.

• File documentation and case management
• Calendar and email management
• Client follow-ups and intake communication
• Data entry and record updates
• Filing immigration forms and legal documentation
• FOIA requests support
• Document translation
• Interpreting support for attorneys
• Maintaining organized digital files and case records
• General administrative support for the legal team

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Legal Assistant
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• English level: C1+
• Experience working in a legal or immigration environment preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
• Comfortable working with online tools and systems
• Experience with legal case management software such as Clio, CampLegal, MyCase, or similar platforms is a plus.
