Role Description

We're looking for a former practicing lawyer who's ready to move from practicing law to shaping the future of legal work. You'll work directly with corporate lawyers at our customers, translate their real-world workflow challenges into product direction, and help our platform earn trust and adoption across legal teams.

• Work directly with corporate lawyers at current and prospective customers to uncover workflow pain points, recommend solutions, and demonstrate how the platform fits into real legal work.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, translating feedback and workflow insights from corporate practitioners into concrete, lawyer-ready product direction.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to shape the roadmap and ensure the product evolves in ways legal teams trust and adopt.
• Build and refine product demonstrations, workflows, and use cases reflecting how corporate legal teams actually work, including how AI is transforming those workflows.
• Introduce new capabilities in ways that are tailored, credible, and compelling for each customer.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in a transactional practice (M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, fund formation, banking, EC/VC, real estate, or related) at a top-tier law firm or sophisticated in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of the workflows, challenges, and demands faced by corporate lawyers.
• Executive presence and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility with legal professionals at all levels.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills — live product demos, workshops, and strategic customer conversations.
• Deep curiosity about AI's potential to transform legal practice.
• A practical, solutions-oriented mindset, bias toward action, and enthusiasm for working directly with customers.

Benefits

• $270,000 – $320,000 USD OTE (75/25 split).
