Role Description
The Legal Services Manager is a key member of the legal team, accountable for:

Reviewing, evaluating, monitoring and/or leading an indirect team to execute on ATIโs professional and general liability claims submissions processes.

Claims management, deposition coordination & preparation processes, health and employment record subpoena response processes, corporate governance support.

Delivering a smooth and efficient ATI legal team customer experience.

Providing coaching and delivering expertise and support to team members.

Establishing and maintaining processes and guidelines while identifying innovative ways to engage current and future ATI team members.
Qualifications

Minimum Education Required:
Bachelorโs degree or JD and 3+ years as a member of an in-house legal team or law firm, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.

Preferred:
Bachelorโs degree or JD and 5+ years as a member of an in-house legal team or law firm, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree; at least 3 years litigation experience required.
Requirements

Minimum Experience Required:
3+ years as a member of an in-house legal team or law firm; at least 3 years litigation experience; proven experience with claims management.

Preferred:
5+ years as a member of an in-house legal team or law firm; 3 or more years of supervisory experience; healthcare legal and compliance experience (e.g., HIPAA, Stark, AKS).
