Role Description

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Floating and Litigation Legal Secretaries with 3+ years of experience, and welcomes all experience levels to apply.

• Familiar with the State and Federal Rules and Administrative Procedures.
• Experience filing and serving in California and out-of-state courts, including e-filing in state and federal courts.
• Familiarity with Court of Appeals procedures is preferred but not required.
• Provides administrative support to attorneys.
• Works independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation and e-discovery.
• Knowledge of case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, and exhibit preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience using Milana calendaring program is beneficial.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, independent self-starters who can thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a legal secretary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with Milana calendaring program is beneficial.

Pay Range
