Role Description

We are seeking a candidate-focused recruiter to join our team in a 180 / split desk model. This is a pure recruiting role—you will not be responsible for business development. Your focus will be on identifying, engaging, and placing top legal talent.

This role is ideal for:

• Experienced recruiters looking to focus on the candidate side of the desk
• Highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals looking to build a career in recruiting

This role is NOT for those seeking internal talent acquisition or human resources focused roles.

What You’ll Do

• Headhunt and engage attorneys through phone, video, and our full suite of digital tools
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assess fit
• Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle
• Advise and influence candidates on career decisions
• Partner internally with the business development side of the desk

Qualifications

• Option 1: Experienced Recruiters
• 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (agency preferred)
• Strong outbound sourcing skills (this is not an inbound role)
• Proven ability to build relationships and close candidates
• Comfortable managing multiple candidates and processes simultaneously
• Option 2: High-Potential, Entry-Level Candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with outreach and phone-based conversations
• Competitive, driven, and resilient
• Interest in a career in recruiting or sales

Requirements

• Confidence with cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of organization and follow-through
• Ability to influence and guide candidates
• Motivation to succeed in a performance-driven environment
