Role Description
As our Legal Operations Assistant, you will administer and support the evolution of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution, Ironclad, own first-pass review of high-frequency contracts, and help shape the evolution of Wellthy’s legal operations as the company continues to grow. You will report directly to the General Counsel.

Mature Wellthy’s Ironclad CLM.

Build reporting and visibility.

Own first-pass contract review.

Manage the contracting intake and triage process.

Identify and drive process improvements.

Support broader legal operations as the Legal function matures.
Qualifications

Open to learning, experimenting, and evolving.

Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience.

2-4 years of experience in legal operations, contracts, paralegal, or a CLM-adjacent role.

Experience working with and customizing modern CLM solutions, preferably Ironclad.

IronClad certification preferred.

Experience reviewing standard commercial contracts and identifying when something falls outside standard terms.

Genuine interest in emerging technology.

Strong independent operator who also collaborates well cross-functionally.

Detail-oriented, organized and great at time and task management.

Location: This is a remote and US states based opportunity. We ask that you work in a location that is private, with secure (not public) internet and phone access.

The starting salary for this position is $72,000-$90,000 annually.
