[Hiring] Legal Operations Manager @Zscaler

Role Description

We are looking for a Legal Operations Manager, Commercial to join our Legal Operations team. This is a US based, remote role, reporting to the Director of Legal Operations.

As the Legal Operations Manager, Commercial, you will be responsible for the systems, processes, and workflows that drive our commercial legal function. You will partner with the Director of Legal Operations on commercial operations strategy while working day-to-day with the Legal, IT, and GTM teams to make cross-functional workflows faster, more consistent, and easier to work with.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Own Zscaler’s CLM tools, including workflow design, template management, repository hygiene, reporting, integrations, and ongoing optimization.
• Build, test, and improve workflows that support the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution, repository management, and renewal.
• Design scalable self-service processes and maintain contracting infrastructure such as playbooks, templates, clause libraries, and approval flows.
• Implement and iterate on AI-powered solutions for contract review, clause extraction, risk flagging, and knowledge management.
• Support operational processes and systems for Privacy, Product Legal, and Compliance, including data mapping, cookie tracking, and request management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in legal operations, contract management, commercial operations, or a related role at a technology company.
• Hands-on CLM experience, including system administration, workflow design, template management, and reporting.
• Proven experience building and improving legal or compliance processes such as intake, approvals, playbooks, and templates.
• Experience with AI tools in contracting or business workflows, or a demonstrated readiness to lead AI-enabled process improvements.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with Legal, Sales, and IT teams.

Requirements

• Experience with Ironclad and DocuSign strongly preferred.
• Experience at a high-growth SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity company.
• Exposure to privacy operations, data mapping, or DSR workflows.
