Role Description
We’re looking for a leader to own our legal operations function and continue building it for our next phase of growth. Working with a dedicated automations engineering team, you will own the systems that ensure the Legal Team scales with the company:

Contract management

Vendor relationships (including outside counsel billing and guidelines)

The overall legal tech stack
The goal is simple: help define what a legal organization looks like in the AI native era.
In this role, you will:

Assist in the design and improvement of the operating model for Legal.

Identify work that should be handled by the team and areas where we can continue automating.

Manage our legal technology stack, including contract lifecycle management (Ironclad), matter management, and creating an e-billing systems.

Manage relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers, including budget and performance tracking.

Work with our automation teams to use Eleven Agents and other tools to change the way work is done across the team.

Define metrics and build dashboards that give us a clear view of the team's priorities, workload and performance.

Partner with Finance, IT, FDE and business teams to keep legal processes aligned with how the company operates.
Qualifications

You have previous experience at a high-growth technology or AI company.
Requirements

7+ years of experience in legal operations with some experience leading the function.

Deep expertise in legal technology, including CLM platforms (Ironclad a major plus), e-billing systems, and matter management tools.

Experience supporting global teams.

Strong analytical skills with experience gathering metrics to storytell and drive key business decisions.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
