Role Description
The Operations Associate, Client Transition & Case Intake (RLS) supports the Operations Manager in driving key operational initiatives that enhance the efficiency and scalability of RLS Legal Services. This role focuses on two core areas:

Managing the transition of Ryan clients to RLS Legal Services Agreements.

Supporting the intake of legal cases into Lead Docket and Filevine.

Collaboration with tax consultants, attorneys, and the RLS India team is essential to ensure accurate data management and seamless case processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working across multiple systems to optimize workflows and support a growing legal services operation. This is a fully remote role in the US with very little to no travel.

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred.

Five years of experience in the professional services industry.

Experience at Ryan is preferred, but not required.
-
Legal assistant experience and relevant experience supporting a larger legal firm preferred.
