[Hiring] Legal Operations Analyst II @UKG

Role Description

This role will be a part of the Legal Operations team within the Legal, Risk and Compliance department. This role will report to the Director of Legal Operations.

In this role, you’ll help keep the Legal team running smoothly and find ways to make it run better. You’ll own core workflows like:

• Budget tracking
• Vendor coordination
• Reporting

You’ll also run a few key team programs, such as:

• Professional development
• Engagement initiatives

You’ll own your day-to-day work and build the judgment to make decisions within your scope. You’ll be expected to:

• Ask questions
• Spot inefficiencies
• Suggest practical improvements

This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, curious, and proactive, and who wants to build solid operational skills while taking on more ownership over time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, finance, legal, or related field
• Experience working with basic data, reporting, or basic financial tracking

Requirements

• Experience supporting vendors or external partners is a plus
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to reporting tools is helpful
