[Hiring] Legal Operations Administrator @Ledn

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Legal Operations Administrator to join our small but growing legal and compliance team to help it navigate the demands of a fast-paced operating environment. In this role, you will:

• Lead legal records and entity management for multiple Ledn entities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate operational workflows for the legal and compliance team.
• Provide administrative support to various legal and regulatory compliance initiatives that are critical to Ledn’s success.

You will initially report to Ledn’s Senior Corporate Counsel and work closely with the broader legal and compliance team, as well as Finance, People, Product, and other business stakeholders.

This is an adaptive role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You must be a self-starter, agile with technology, meticulous in your organization and attention to detail, and be willing to learn and embrace the use of artificial intelligence tools to assist with your workflows. You will thrive at Ledn if you are a curious, adaptable professional who is eager to learn, grow, and continuously improve.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a law clerk, legal administrative, legal operations, law firm coordinator, or related role.
• Demonstrated aptitude for AI systems and processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with entities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience with supporting due diligence, maintaining minute books, and performing legal and regulatory compliance filings.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools or legal operation systems.
• Excellent technology skills and comfortable with learning new tools, including AI.
• Resourceful and able to see challenging projects through from start to finish.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks.
• Passion for collaboration, making an impact, and driving change.

Requirements

• Must be willing to undergo applicable background and employment verification checks, in compliance with local laws and regulations, if selected.
• Candidates must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.

• Base salary range for this role is $65,000–$95,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, internal equity, and location.
• This role is also eligible for competitive equity participation as part of Ledn’s total compensation package.
