We are seeking a compassionate, confident, emotionally intelligent Intake Specialist who can connect with people in both crisis and planning moments — and confidently guide them toward the next step.

If you are empathetic and excellent at consultative sales, this may be the perfect fit.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in intake, sales, or high-touch client service.
• Experience in consultative or high-ticket sales preferred.
• Experience in family law, estate planning, or probate is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Strong written communication skills for follow-up texts/emails.
• Tech-comfortable (CRM, scheduling tools, VOIP systems).

Requirements

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries.
• Conduct structured legal intake interviews with professionalism and warmth.
• Gather detailed, accurate information regarding family law, estate planning, or probate matters.
• Confidently explain our services and fee structure.
• Handle pricing objections with composure.
• Persist in multi-channel follow-up.
• Convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations.
• Maintain organized, thorough CRM documentation.
• Interact with terrific team members.
• Protect confidentiality and uphold ethical boundaries.
• Make a positive impact on our firm's growth.
• You are not giving legal advice; you are building trust and guiding people toward experienced legal help.
