Role Description

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support commercial contracting, data/privacy matters, and legal operational processes across the business. The Legal Counsel is a key member of the legal team, driving timely and effective legal support for our global sales and customer facing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast moving SaaS environment.

You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Security, Product and Finance teams to support contracting activity, help streamline legal processes, and contribute to building a scalable legal function. You will enable fast, scalable and compliant contracting that supports the company’s growth.

Candidates with SaaS, privacy, or legal operations experience - or a strong interest in developing in these areas - are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with a current practising certificate (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of PQE gained in a reputable law firm and in-house environment
• Experience in commercial contracting—preferably involving technology or SaaS—or a strong interest in building capability in this area
• Interest or exposure to privacy/data protection issues
• Experience with in-house legal operations or contract operations is a plus
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• A practical, solutions-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow
