Position: Law Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $85–$135/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic, end-to-end legal workflows to challenge current AI models.
• Grade agent performance in handling complex legal scenarios.
• Build scenarios for contract, commercial, compliance, regulatory, procurement, and litigation tasks.
• Evaluate contract drafting, redlining, regulatory analysis, and compliance program design.
• Collaborate asynchronously to enhance AI model performance and meet deadlines.
• Work independently on long, focused sessions to improve AI model outputs.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• 3+ years practicing in relevant legal fields.
• Working fluency in contract drafting, regulatory analysis, and compliance.
• Proficient in reading and producing legal artifacts.
• Clear written communication with step-by-step legal reasoning.

Requirements

• Hourly contractor.
• Strong contributors promoted based on task quality and throughput.
