Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Case Manager to join our dynamic team and assist us in providing top-notch services to our clients. As a Legal Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of legal cases and ensuring that all tasks associated with each case are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our team of lawyers and legal assistants to provide support and assistance throughout the entire legal process.

• Manage and oversee a caseload of legal cases from start to finish
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on each case to gather relevant information and build a strong case strategy
• Review legal documents, contracts, and other important papers to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and answer any queries related to the case
• Coordinate with external agencies and parties to gather evidence and information necessary for the case
• Prepare and organize documents, exhibits, and evidence for court proceedings
• Schedule and attend meetings, hearings, and trials as required
• Keep track of important deadlines and ensure they are met
• Monitor case progress and provide regular reports to the team and clients
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards at all times

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law or a related field (paralegal certification is a plus)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Case Manager or in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficient in document management and case management software
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements

• Salary: $105,000-$127,000 per year
