Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant in the personal injury field with experience in insurance-related matters. Knowledge of personal injury in TEXAS OR GEORGIA will be considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while supporting attorneys and legal teams with precision.

• Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports
• Assist with insurance claims, documentation preparation, and case file management
• Conduct basic legal research, particularly relating to insurance and state-specific requirements
• Manage calendars, deadlines, scheduling, and client communication
• Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant within insurance, litigation, or related fields
• Familiarity with Texas and/or Tennessee legal processes is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and document preparation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work US business hours and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with legal software, case management tools, and Microsoft Office
