Role Description

A national defense platform is expanding its California labor and employment practice and is seeking an experienced L&E partner to join on a remote or hybrid basis from the San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Torrance area. This is a genuine growth opportunity for a senior attorney ready for a platform that supports flexibility, autonomy, and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Partner-level L&E defense experience representing employers in Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FEHA, wage and hour, and related employment matters
• California Bar license in good standing
• Portable book of business a strong plus but not required
• Interest in building and growing a California practice with national platform support
• Comfortable with a remote or hybrid arrangement

• National platform with established infrastructure and client base
• Genuine autonomy with room to build and grow
• Competitive compensation from $200,000 to $300,000+ reflecting your experience level
• Strong plus for candidates with existing client relationships
