Role Description
Slingshot Aerospace is seeking an International Commercial Manager to join the Slingshot International team and support the continued growth of our international business operations. This role will partner closely with the International GM, Program Management Office (PMO), and growth organization to structure, negotiate, manage, and execute commercial agreements that enable expansion across global markets.

Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of commercial agreements supporting Slingshot International operations and growth initiatives.

Partner directly with the International GM, PMO, and growth teams to develop commercially compelling deal structures and competitive bid positions.

Support proposal development, capture efforts, and customer negotiations across international government, commercial, and partner ecosystems.

Advise internal stakeholders on international contracting considerations, including regional business norms, negotiation styles, risk allocation approaches, and operational implications.

Support the full contract lifecycle, including post-award contract administration, change management, compliance tracking, and ongoing contractual obligations in partnership with PMO and operational teams.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Growth, Operations, and Executive Leadership to balance business objectives with contractual and operational risk.

Help establish scalable international contracting processes, governance approaches, and operational best practices as Slingshot International continues to grow.

Serve as a trusted advisor during complex negotiations and execution activities, helping teams navigate ambiguity and drive successful customer outcomes.

Maintain awareness of evolving international business environments and support thoughtful adaptation of contracting approaches across regions.
Qualifications

Significant experience negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts throughout the full contract lifecycle.

Experience supporting international business transactions and negotiations across Europe, the UK, and/or Asia-Pacific regions.

Demonstrated experience supporting both pre-award activities (proposals, bids, negotiations) and post-award contract management obligations.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance legal, operational, financial, and strategic considerations.

Ability to operate independently while partnering effectively across internationally distributed and cross-functional teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical, business, operational, and executive audiences.

Proven ability to build strong working relationships across functions and cultures.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
